Welcome to all Prospective Families!  I thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School.  We have been providing children with quality Catholic education since 1956.  The school is located in downtown Scottsdale, where we serve over 400 students in kindergarten through eighth grade.  Our campus features 18 classrooms, a computer lab, a science lab, a music room, an art room, a library, and a gym.  Please accept my personal invitation to spend time perusing our website.    ~ Donna Lauro, Principal

Entering kindergarten students must be five by September 1 and developmentally 5-5 ½ at the time of entry. Students who will turn five between September 1 and December 1 can be placed in kindergarten for a transitional year with the understanding that the student will need a second year of kindergarten. Entering Grade 1 students must be six by September 1 and must be developmentally 6- 6 ½ at the time of entry

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School uses an on-line application process. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee. Once the online application and documents are submitted, you will be contacted to schedule an interview and screening for your child. When the  student is accepted and enrolled at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School, the student and the family are expected to abide by and uphold the mission, philosophy, rules and expectations of the school and staff as stated in the Student/Parent Handbook.  All new students are monitored to ensure that they are doing their best academically and behaviorally.  A probation period of one semester allows parents, teachers, and administrators to evaluate the student’s success.

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $25 must be submitted with each application.
