Safe Environment Training

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School strictly adheres to the Diocesan Policy and Procedures for the Protection of Minors.  A copy of this policy is kept at the front desk for parents to view and is also available on the Diocese of Phoenix Safe Environment website.

All volunteers and/or parents who come into contact with minor children must be Safe Environment compliant prior to being accepted for any volunteer list.  All volunteers must complete a three hour Foundation class, Called to Protect for Ministries, in person; complete a face-to-face interview, and have 3 references checked.  Volunteers will be issued a photo ID badge that must be worn at all times.

Volunteers are required to renew their training annually, after July 1st.  The Safe Environment year runs from July 1st to June 30th.  Please register for a Foundation class or a renewal class on the Safe Environment Training page: www.safeenvironmenttraining.org
