Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • When is the church open?

    The Adoration Chapel is open for Eucharistic  Adoration. 

    • Monday through Friday: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm 
    • Saturday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.  
  • What are the Mass times?

    At Our Lady of Perpetual Help there are several occasions to participate in the Celebration of the Mass:

    • Monday - Friday:  6:15 a.m.  &  12:00 p.m.
    • Saturday:  8:30 a.m.    4:30 p.m. (Vigil)
    • Sunday:  6:30 a.m. 8:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m.   12:30 p.m. (Spanish)  
  • When is the sacrament of reconciliation available?

    Confessions are availabe in the Church 

    • SATURDAY     3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
    • Or by appointment 
  • Do I have to go to mass on Sundays?

    Yes, public Masses have resumed and attendance has been required as of July 1st, 2021. For more information refer to a letter from Bishop Olmsted.

  • What are the Holy Days of Obligation?

    Holy Days of Obligation in the Catholic Church

    January 1: The Feast of Mary, the Mother of God.

    August 15: Assumption of Mary into heaven.

    November 1: All Saints' Day.

    December 8: The Feast of the Immaculate Conception.

    December 25: Christmas, the Nativity of Our Lord.

  • Can I still attend live streamed mass?

  • How do I make funeral arrangements?

    Please contact the parish (480) 947-4331 once you have made arrangements with the mortuary.  The mortuary can assist in contacting the parish and arranging the time for the funeral or a family member may do so.  We will do our best to serve you during this difficult time and help you plan and celebrate the funeral liturgies for your dearly departed.

  • Who do I contact about receiving the Sacraments?

  • How do I receive my sacraments certificate?

    In order to protect the privacy of the individuals involved, certificates are only issued to the parent of the child, or to the person to whom the record is referring. NO certificates will be issued for genealogical purposes. A photo ID must be presented. Please print out and complete the Sacramental Records Release Request form and contact the Clergy Administrative Assistant.

  • How can I get more involved in the community of OLPH?

    Contact our Parish Coordinator of Fellowship or browse our options of different ministries and organizations that our Parish has to offer.

  • How do I stop receiving Church Offering Envelopes?

    To stop receiving church offering envelopes contact the parish office either by phone (480-947-4331) or by email.

  • How do I change my information for the parish?

    Notify the parish office by phone (480-947-4331) or by email of any changes in address or phone number when they occur.
